Booking policies
Our booking policies
Your appointment is reserved just for you, often for up to 3 hours. These policies keep the schedule fair for every client.
Deposits
- A $100 deposit is required to book your first session and is applied to your service total.
- For brows with previous work, the deposit is taken only after we have reviewed your photos and approved the work.
Changes & cancellations
- You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is kept.
Before your appointment
- You’ll receive a consent form, a health history form and a photo permission form to complete before your visit.
- A patch test may be scheduled if needed.
- We may decline or postpone work when it isn’t safe or won’t heal well, and will refer you to a specialist if needed.
After your appointment
- We check in one week after your session.
- If something isn’t right, tell us. Corrections for concerns are free.
- Your photo permission choice is always respected: face and name, close-ups only, or no photos.
